What do I need to do to participate in the Member Product Databank?

  • If you are an existing GS1 member subscriber, you may submit your product listing using the methods below.

 

How do I fill in and submit my product listing?

  1. Download the Product Listing Template below or from the submission portal
  2. Fill in the Product Listing Template by following the guide here.
  3. Make sure you include the Global Product Classification (GPC) Codes (a list of codes can be found here) for each of your products.
  4. Submit the product listing excel template to our online submission portal or via email to databank@gs1my.org.
  5. Processing time is within 1-2 working days.
